Nirovision is camera agnostic, and works with any IP camera that supports RTSP h264/h265 unicast.

Nirovision takes a copy of the stream for processing, so the camera stream must be accessible via RTSP. If you have additional recorders (NVR, VMS) consuming the stream, the IP camera needs to support unicasting to multiple consumers.

If ONVIF is available and enabled on your camera, its configuration will be simpler. The Nirovision server will be able to discover cameras on the network and auto-configure RTSP settings.

In order to start using your cameras to detect and recognise faces, you need to pair them to your Nirovision server. There are three ways to pair a camera in Nirovision:
