To run Nirovision in your premises, you require an edge server running the latest NirovisionOS with these hardware requirements.

The Nirovision server requires internet access (outbound traffic to a set of ports) and a direct connection to the cameras' LAN, which depending on each site's architecture, may require one or two network cards, static IPs or DHCP, and complex network configurations.

To help with these tasks, we've created an Admin page that becomes available immediately after a server has finished installing the NirovisionOS.

With the Admin page you can:

• Learn of any connectivity issues your server is experiencing, diagnose and troubleshoot them: offline server, update in progress, or network/service restrictions.
• Adjust your server's network settings: change IP addresses, gateway and DNS details, assign different priorities.
• Pair the server to the corresponding account if this is a fresh installation.

<aside> ⚠️ You need to connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse to your Nirovision server for the Admin page to load. Some architectures require a server restart after plugging peripherals, in order for the Admin page to load successfully.

The Admin page has four main sections:

• Overview - This tab will bring you peace of mind if the server is fully online and operational, or alert you of any connectivity issues. It also contains the name and ID of the device.
• Network - This tab allows you to adjust your server's network settings.
• Ports - Every port that the Nirovision server requires to operate is shown on this tab, alongside its Open/Closed status to help diagnose network restrictions.
• First Steps - If you haven't paired the server to any account, this page will help you do so.
